Dear FOIA Coordinator,

Under the Delaware Freedom of Information Act (29 Del. C. § 10003), I request copies of the following records. **Where the record exists as GIS data, please provide it in a digital geospatial format (shapefile, file geodatabase, GeoJSON, or KML) with attribute tables intact.** Where a GIS layer does not exist, please provide the underlying tabular data (CSV/Excel) or PDF.

This request supports a public-interest analysis of school-transportation safety and equity in the Newark–Wilmington corridor (Christina School District).

### Records requested

1. **Posted road weight / load restrictions and truck restrictions** — the locations and posted limits of all weight-, load-, or truck-restricted roadways and structures in New Castle County, including any GIS layer or table underlying postings made under **21 Del. C. § 4502**. (We understand no public GIS REST layer is published; please provide whatever spatial or tabular source DelDOT maintains.)

2. **Bus-legal / school-bus-restricted rail grade crossings** — any record identifying which public at-grade railroad crossings in New Castle County are **prohibited, restricted, or specially routed for school buses**, including crossing-by-crossing designations, stop-and-proceed exemptions, and any coordination records with the railroads (Amtrak, Norfolk Southern, CSX) or school districts.

3. **Vertical clearance / low-bridge restrictions** — the current vertical clearance and load posting for all rail and roadway structures in New Castle County (the structure inventory underlying the National Bridge Inventory submission for State Code 10), in tabular or GIS form, including clearance and weight-posting fields.

4. **Red Detour and Blue Detour routes** — the route definitions, maps, and signage plans for the permanently signed "Red Detour" and "Blue Detour" routes associated with the **I-95 / SR 896 interchange (DelDOT Project No. T201609002)**, including any GIS line features, signing-and-marking plans, and the governing detour-management documentation.

5. **Traffic signals (state-maintained)** — a GIS layer or table of DelDOT-maintained traffic-signal locations in New Castle County.

6. **Regulatory sign inventory** — any DelDOT inventory of regulatory traffic signs (location, MUTCD code) for state-maintained roads in New Castle County, in GIS or tabular form.
