Under the Delaware Freedom of Information Act (29 Del. C. § 10003), I request copies of the following City of Wilmington records. **Where a record exists as GIS data, please provide it in a digital geospatial format** (shapefile, file geodatabase, GeoJSON, or KML) with attributes intact; otherwise CSV/Excel or PDF.

This supports a public-interest analysis of school-transportation safety in the Newark–Wilmington corridor.

### Records requested

1. **Traffic signals** — a GIS layer or table of City-maintained traffic-signal locations.

2. **Regulatory / warning sign inventory** — any City inventory of traffic signs (location and type/MUTCD code), in GIS or tabular form.

3. **Weight-, height-, or truck-restricted streets** — locations and posted limits for any City streets with weight, height/clearance, or truck restrictions, including any GIS layer or posting table.

4. **Low underpass / bridge clearances** — clearance records for City-maintained structures, particularly the rail underpasses beneath the Amtrak Northeast Corridor viaduct through downtown Wilmington.

5. **Designated detour routes** — any City-designated or color-coded detour routes used during rail crossing or I-95 corridor closures, in GIS or map form.
